The volumetric double piston dosing system DKD was developed for high capacities at highest weight accurancy for margarine or fat packaging. With the in-house developed dosing principle there is no idle stroke of the dosing piston as product is dosed with piston strokes back, as well as forth.

In conjunction with the high-quality materials that are approved for food-related use, the fully closed system meets highest hygiene requirements.

In addition, the dosing system can be equipped with a CIP system which allows fully automatic cleaning of the entire system. Consequently, the DKD system is also suitable for products which contain protein, such as butter.

Depending on the application, the DKD system can be equipped with a pneumatic or hydraulic dosing support. When equipped with the hydraulic dosing support, the DKD system is also suited to meet the challenges posed by very solid products (puff pastry margarine or recombined butter) or for extreme resting times.
